Sparky isn’t upset about the frazzled hairdo. In fact, he rather enjoys a good headrub.

But the reason he’s so ticked is that he’s extremely jealous of any human that has better claws than he does.

Looks like he caught the car he was chasing. The car won.

What is on Nancy’s wrists?
