The Russian government’s attempts to subvert the west have already backfired, as their struggling economy (1/12th of America’s output) will be virtually ruined by vindictive and perpetual sanctions.

I had the occasion this past week to talk at length with a retiring middle aged , middle income, middle American mainstream (Methodist) minister. In our conversation he told me he was retiring – due to the conflict in his church between the Trump supporters and non-trumpians. He left because he could not bring them together even in the context of the church and the bible. He admitted that it was the trump supporters that were the intransigent ones – unwilling to compromise or concede on the good of the church.So much for the Love of God.If there’s violence I doubt that it will come from the “atheists and other miscreants”.

I think this is the first time someone has warned that the opposition will riot if they win. At least outside of sporting events. I think it is usually the losers that riot.
