I think you mean Galilean moons if you’re referring to Jupiter, and you can see all four with a small telescope. Late this month we’ll be able to see Mercury, too. And don’t forget the weekend of Aug 1-13 or so is the Perseid meteor shower.
I remember walking down to my sister’s house one night in January 2005, and dragging my teen-aged nephew out to the street so I could show him the five visible planets: Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. He didn’t seem impressed but I found out later he that he bragged to his friends about his very cool Aunt Fontessa.
Yerp. Late night star gazing. Although moving 1000 miles or so north, the clear nights away from a city are worth it. And I can set up my old telescope. I think for the next few weeks I’ll have to change my schedule.

True? Due to recent thunderstorms I am not in a position to go check, nor am I even sure that I am at the proper latitude to see them all.

Really? That’s it? What phase is Venus? Apogee or perigee for any? How many Copernican moons can you see?

I hate it when they delete the last panel that contains the punchline. ☹️

Mercury just went retrograde in Arlo’s romance sector.

Yeah, but it’s not “fortuitous” in its own right if you knew it was going to happen, is it? Just impressive.
