Topper has a bit of a sticky Dicky wicky to deal with.

Ah but the arrest hasn’t been made yet, where are Toppers boys?

I have to wonder if The Green Hornet intends to do some damage to the Apparatus while he is in Tracy’s city, in addition to being after Topper.

I’m sure the Hornet and the Red Wasp are nearby in the Black Beauty ready to step in at an appropriate time. After all we did see what appeared to be Black Beauty parked near the bank while Topper was “re introducing” himself to his old “friend.”

We saw what looked like the Black Beauty outside the bank yesterday, so GH must have seen Tracy and Sam go in. He might as well call it a night. The cops have got this one.

After advising Topper of his Miranda rights, Tracy and Sam prepare to “cuff and stuff” him only to find that G.H. and company have gift wrapped Topper’s boys, and left them on the back seat of the Tracy-mobile

Tremendous art, as has been the case for over seven years. Smoke gets in Clyde’s eyes, yet Tracy and Sam clear the air with their suitable for framing entrance. Guns are drawn. Who’ll get stung?

Tracy hasn’t been able to arrest Topper yet but certainly seems to always know where he will be and out of all of the banks in Tracytown which one he will try to shake down next. That’s some pretty fancy deduction out of whole cloth.

The Green Hornet will show up next.

Clyde (thinking): “That guy in green must be the Green Hornet!”

this is the 2nd time now that Tracy has caught Topper in the act of trying to extort money from individuals, wouldnt that be grounds enough to arrest him on the spot?

That squinty eyed friend of his may be calling Tracy also.

Great panel 3 with iconic Tracy and Sam! But, knowing that the Black Beauty lingers outside, I cannot help but suspect that the Green Hornet, backed up capably by his driver, Red Wasp, may intrude on the party once again, though I’m not sure to what end. Maybe GH wants to give Topper another chance to lead him to bigger fish? Terry “Clyde” Beatty is just another crooked bank president, it seems….

So next, Green Hornet will show up, blind Tracy & Sam with his gas gun, everybody escapes, & next week the cycle can start up all over again at another Topper shake down. Paging Bill Murray….
