I can’t get behind Tiffany’s campaign. I even had trouble with TJ’s revenge – Ann lost a relatively legitimate gig. The current arc points to Tiff & Les cooking up ways to get rid of Tom’s girlfriend. Not really a heroic cause. But of course if Ann tries to swindle Tom – he will likely get wise and that’s the end of Ann’s shot at the good life.

“i can’t play as low and dirty as she does” Oh, Tiffany. You seem to have completely forgotten your history. Let me think back to just how you lost your Miss Chamber of Commerce title.

Without moving out of the Fuse, you call Simone back and let her look at the merchandise and the boxes and ask her what to do next.

Well Tiff finally admits that she can’t play in the big leagues that Ann in.

Well from Les point of view he knows all of tricks of her trade and were most of bodies and secrets that Ann does not want to reveal.

Why didn’t she record the conversation with her cell phone?

Make sure Les drives.

Go see dad.

Confront dad and Ann.

Let the tears and mascara start running.

And while you and Ann are having a “Cry Off,” hopefully Mr. Farrell will turn to Les and ask: “And Just “Who” are You?”

Because it may not be likely that Ann has told Her “Tommykins” that she has a grown son, yet. A grown son quite willing to tell the truth for once about what a monster his mother is.

Might be just enough to plant a small seed of doubt about “what else is Ann not telling me,” in Mr. Farrell’s Mind.

Of course, “seeds” take a long time to “grow”…..,

I can’t believe I’m actually starting to like Les now…

How long has Tiff’s dad been single? I truly don’t know. I don’t let a few missing facts slow me down though. Here is my theory. Dad didn’t run out and get remarried immediately. Dad has been dating prior to Ann. Dad will be dating post Ann. Dad knows what he is doing. Don’t introduce kids to new GF (check) Don’t get engaged (check) Dad’s relationship to Ann is very easy to walk away from (when she wants too much from him that is)

At this point the only hope Tiffany has is that either Les recorded the event, or if there are security cameras that did. Les would know where all the security cameras are.

Tiffany has a “guy”. Les knows his mother, and she will not expect anything he has up his sleeve. I think the most significant thing, that 90% of the poster’s here are totally not getting is that Les is a good “friend” now to Tiffany, and actually that also goes for being part of Luannverse generally. Luannverse membership, if one stays in it long enough humanizes one, look at TJ, who is also quite a slick guy, but is also a sweet, funny, caring one. Now Les is up, so hilarity, and comeuppance should ensue. Should be fun.

Finally a situation where Les can put his talents to good use.

I think Team Evans is just spinning it’s/their collective wheels. A Tiffany and Les hookup? Whoa! Cringe-worthy.

This is not good… Tiff you’ve done very well. Don’t get into bed (figuratively or literally) with Les. Do a “reverse Nike” Tiff… JUST DON’T DO IT!

Better to follow up with the guest list and with Simone and have them notify Dad. That I think will have a much greater impact on Ann, and on your dad.

Will Les really persuade Tiff’s dad to break up with Ann? Enquiring minds want to know?

Les will have set up the security cameras before the confrontation. Its’ all On tape. Knowing Les how could you think otherwise? Either that or there is a “witness”. Just sayn’.

Tiff’s feeling defeated because this battle was personal, not just gamesmanship like the previous ones.

Let’s face it, Ann won when it comes to Tiffany’s father. Obviously he is too smitten with Ann to see what she’s really like. She’s a master manipulator, and he fell for it. He’s no longer going to be there for Tiffany. Probably never was. He will continue to see Ann and Tiffany will be forgotten.

It would be an interesting plot of Tiffany’s father forcing Ann and Tiffany to bond together.

In numbers there is strength!

A few items I feel are important today:

1. I am happy that Les is continuing to try to be supportive for Tiffany.

2. I am happy that Tiffany does not feel she can go “low and dirty” like Ann.

However, I am hoping that Les DOES NOT convince Tiffany to allow him to do the “dirty work” in this situation. I am hoping that Tiffany is able to convince and show Les a better way to go in this case.

And, I am hoping that Tiffany does try to show maturity in this case in terms of dealing with her seemingly immature and seemingly callous father. Even if she does not get him to change his tune in regards to his treatment of Tiffany…. if she takes the “high road” approach… she will have done something very good for herself. Pursuing the needed interaction with her father in any way but with the “high road” approach would not be helping Tiffany grow and further become the good adult she can be.

For me, the “high road” approach would be to have Tiffany simply go over to where her father (and Ann) are at the moment…. a) simply and clearly explain the situation in regards to Souffle Lingerie, and b) simply and clearly explain to her father that she (Tiffany) feels like a “second class” person with the way her Dad treats her, and c) indicate that she would like to work to better their relationship, but that he will need to find the time where father and daughter can talk alone to discuss their issues. Then Tiffany (and Les, if he comes) should simply leave and let ’ole Tom take it from there.

As an aside…. I find it humorous that Greg has named Tiffany’s father “Tom”…. reminds me in this instance of an old tom cat always roaming around for copulatory conquests. It fits my image of his personality.

To those who were criticizing me for complaining that Tiffany did not notify the FBI/police: You told me to wait. I did. It’s now clear that Tiffany did not contact the authorities. And I think that was stupid. As far as Dad is concerned, he will probably never forgive Tiffany for hurting Ann, whether it’s legitimate or not.

Tiffany doesn’t have the experience to play really down and dirty…Les learned from the best….lets see him take his mom down. This is getting more and more interesting!

Okay, Ann has Tiff’s dad as a “consolation prize”, for now. But Tiffany has Les, and he’s been doing a great job as a friend and ally so far. He’s encouraging Tiffany to not give up. I’m proud of him.

As for what to do now? Tiffany and Les need to rally the troops. I mean Simone (CEO of Souffle Lingerie), Uncle Al, Bernice, Luann and her family, and everyone on the client list.

THE WORLD NEEDS TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT ANN EIFFEL!!!

Les, you just volunteered yourself out of $80 a week. Tiff may very well get cut off from her family money due to this little stunt. You may claim to be able to fight dirty, but you are becoming one massive liability without much to offer. Go fill out an application at McDonalds. Versus Ann, who may very well have the financial backing of Tiff’s dad in her shysty business and other sources of income. I can’t blame Tiffs dad for thinking like a business man and wanting to distance himself from the high drama liability that is Tiff and Les to put some dough in his pocket. Should also mention as a consumer, I would be WAY more concerned about the list of names (and possibly credit cards) floating around out there then the knock off brand of lingerie I bought. Identity theft is a far bigger problem and practically unprosecuetable. Les wants to fight dirty/think like a business man, he can sell those names to an identity thief, then contact everyone on that list and let them know Suffle Lingerie had a security breach, contact Ann for a refund.

I think I know what Les is up to. If he tells Tom Farrell how awful his mother is, he’s just going to sound like a whiny kid. Instead he’s going to cheerfully greet TF as “Dad” and promptly show him the Stepson From Hell, while reminiscing lovingly (and audibly) with dear ol’ Mom about great scams in their shared past and wasn’t that clever of her?

Tiff needs to start thinking about the long run here.

1) Negotiate a trust fund from Daddy, if possible.

2) Point your education towards whatever offers a decent return for your skills and experience.

3) Work on emotionally separating from your dad.

4) Keep up the counseling and medication.

5) Work on being a good person, and find supportive friends.

I just remembered Knox’s father was a police officer. Perhaps he was the original Knox.

And I just realized the obvious possibility: the villain’s maiden name was probably Ann Gray. Angry Ann Gray.

I am a little confused as to what these low and dirty things are. Everything regarding the lingerie business is out in the open. Tiffany has the guest list; she can contact the ladies as well as Souffle (which she started to do in front of Ann). But I sense ‘mission creep’. Deep down this was all about breaking up her dad’s relationship with Ann and she didn’t succeed there. I think Greg was looking to insert evidence that Tiffany is not going back to her former self. But the low and dirty comment does not fit. What low and dirty thing could she possibly do at this point? I think it is meant to show that she is willing to move on from her former relationship with her dad.

Leslie’s really warming to getting his biological mother and maybe to getting Tiffany, too (in a very different way).

So, how low can you go?

Could this story line be some kind of metaphor for the development of a new Tiffany? First, a failure of her sexy star power drives her into depression and self exile. During this escape from the world as she knew it, she overeats to compensate for her frustration. Then a problem arises which is right down her alley, and she feels that her personal family life is also threatened. So, out comes our new hero with a physical bulk that makes her appear big and strong. She covers up her former delicate little self with a big coat and scarf and wades into battle. Like most other superheros she has a sidekick to smooth out the bumps in the road.

Tiffany made a big mistake in letting Ann know that Tom Farrell is her dad. Not only does Ann have Tiffany’s dad, she will now be sure to paint a negative picture of Tiffany to him. I can see it now… how nasty and scheming Tiffany is, that she is fat, hence lazy, on and on. Whatever remnants of a relationship Tiffany had with her father, they are gone south. I think she realizes this. She can shut down the lingerie business but she can’t compete with Ann for her father.
