If you have been watching Happy! on SyFy, the idea that it will be a Happy New Year sounds about right.

Hey! Believe it or not – some goob has signed himself in a like tag as Donald J Trump. People are strange and getting stranger.

But where’s the fun in that???

“Uneventful”, not going to happen because of the many new faces that will soon be in Congress, a warmup for 2020! Yea!!

How about… Have A Drama Free New Year!

At my age and stage of life, uneventful is a good thing !

Boring is OK for me…Throw another log on the fire and doze some more……….

This is my 63rd New Year and I can tell you none of them have been quiet and uneventful. Just another trip around the Sun.

Meanwhile, the campaign to restrict the word “merry” to referencing only one day out of the year continues to be highly successful.

I’d settle for a less disastrous one.

Quiet and uneventful would work for me.

We have a lot of loud events planned this year leading up to the November elections. And so does the other side, of course. Loud and helpful for everyone vs. loud and nasty. We will also welcome millions of children of the nasties to the helpful side this year, as usual. I don’t care what happens as long as I’m able to look back on the whole year! (I’m 72)

Badgers win; Packers lose. Life is like that a lot, so diversify. Have several different things you’re interested in, and some of them will almost certainly be doing well.

Here’s to a year with less hate and more fact based truth. Yeah, I know, but one can always hope. :)
