I’m with Lupin. Puck would be a much better bat. Especially since Elvis referred to the bat decorations as “flying Pucks”

Poor Lupin. This is worse than when Elvis was a bee, Puck was a ladybug, and Lupin got to be a dragon!

(And by “worse” I mean it’s absolutely adorable.)

And in answer to the question about eating bats? Yes, there are people who eat roasted bat as well as stewed bat and bat soup. Large spiders can snare small bats in their webs for a mammalian meal. Snakes, especially tree dwelling constrictors eat bats, even the enormous flying fox fruit bats.

And I think I’m through now. Except to note that this is the second time in three days I’ve been able to type “Seymour” in this comment forum. Well, third, if you count that previous sentence. Heh.

1: I would think that a cat could most certainly eat a bat assumingg it could catch one. After all they’re just mice with wings.

2: I think that if Lupin could;d actually fly he’d be a lot happier about his costume.

WARNING!!! MY I/O CAT CAME IN LAST NIGHT WITH A GEL MOUSE TRAP STUCK TO HIS FRONT FOOT!! THERE WAS A MOUSE IN THE TRAP, DEAD, AND I HAD A HELL OF A TIME GETTING THE TRAP OFF HIS FOOT. THE GEL IS NOT WATER SOLUBLE AND THE CAT CAN’T GET IT OFF BY HIMSELF. I’M STILL TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING TO REMOVE IT AS IT HAS ONE PAW COMPLETELY SEALED AND HE CAN’T SPREAD IT OUT. I HAVE TRIED VARIOUS OILS, COOKING AND BABY, TO DISSOLVE THIS STUFF BUT IT DOESN’T WORK! THESE TRAPS ARE DANGEROUS TO ANIMALS OTHER THAN MICE OR RATS, DO NOT USE THEM OUTDOORS!!!!!!
