What exactly was the point of her note? The consequences seem to outweigh the gains. If Calvin reads the note I guess she can have a little self satisfaction but it would have been awkward if Jessica gets the note or Calvin had refused to pass it and she could have gotten in trouble for writing notes in class.

Calvin took the hook, line and sinker. Well played Susie.

I did that to a nosy girl in HS. She “edited” one I had sent to a friend, so a few days later I sent one that talked about what a jerk she was.

Who passes notes in school anymore? I feel like that was only a fictional thing.

It’s a common practice to use “honeypot” techniques to leak nonessential secrets to different suspects. When the competition appears to be using one of those leaks, you have identified the source.
