People don’t understand if they didn’t go, they wouldn’t have the troubles they got to forget in the first place.

This is not an indictment, only an observation. I don’t get bars. I don’t get alcoholics. Yes, I’ll have an occasional beer after doing yardwork, or wine for a celebration dinner, but I see other people arranging their whole life around a “drink”. (“Oh, I can’t fly for 5 hours without a drink!”) Must be a biological thing.

“But… I don’t remember drinking all that!”
