Yay, Pearls is here! Hope everybody’s coming over to this site. Maybe Rat will pour us all a cup of coffee to toast our new home. Right…. and maybe Pig will fly.

Hi everybody, I hope everyone was redirected here as easy as me and we have the same old company! P.S. I wonder why Rat does not work as a barmen in some biker bar or so, his nasty jokes would be just in place.

Well I’m glad P.B.S. is here finally. Though I went to comics.com daily for a few strips, I hated commented on that site.

Interestink! comics.com automatically forwarded here—but now the past comments (and all those lovely puns we slaved over for so many hours) are gone into the ethernet, nevermore to be found..I see avatars are working again—finally!.I’d like a lot of things, like world peace, but I’d even just settle for editing comments, a site with rational parsing of formatting, the ability to “load the rest of the comments” reliably, and suchlike. Alas, like Joe’s customers, I take it that such wonders are not going to happen..Rat is roasting the customers pretty well. ~~~~ All is in order with the world of Pearls. ~~~~ Here’s wishing for a good experience with all the new gocomics comics!

This is one of the few comics I read on comics.com, so it’s nice to have it consolidated to one site. Just noticed all the Pro commenters on this comic, too! It’s not like that on the other gocomic comics I read.

Hmmm. The one thing I liked most about comics.com was that I could have it load all the comics I like as one page while I did other things. The gocomics interface is so labour-intensive (click each comic, scroll each page sideways, get frustrated with a stress-reducing daily read being ruined, curse the web designer) that I’m only going to read PBS now.I tried this site before and gave up on it. I still hate it. I might even give up on commenting. Seriously, I hate this interface.[No, no humour in my comment today. Even moreso than usual.]

I’m not sure that’s really Rat. He wants world peace, and he has unicorns on his mind? Maybe it’s one of his cheerful clones, slowly becoming Rat-like.

Greetings, fellow ComicsDotCom folks! How ya like my avatar?

My 5 selected email strips arrived by email this morning; only 4 of my 7 selected online strips (or 4 out of 5 email selected) were here at goComics.com when I arrived today. The missing one?: Pearls Before Swine. (The row alphabetical order here caused me a moment of concern when I went looking for the title.)

Those who normally access Pearls this way will notice an influx of comjcs.com folks. Many just feel obligated to comment out of a sense of belonging as if to a club; others make pathetic attempts at humor and think “pun” is short for “punishment”.. There are exceptions there, and I for one am glad to see the Sunshine in through this dimension.

Hi everybody — glad to see so many made it over. Still hoping for some stragglers. GoComics has posted that they’re still in transition, and will be implementing new features and taking reader’s suggestions. NOBODY LEAVE (do you hear me, Harry?) till we see how it shakes out. LOL

And I do get my comics on one page — you just have to build it. The interface is on the Home page but for some reason the site opens on the alphabetical list. Now I click “Home” and my page is there.

Medusa was a pretty lady once, but she started going on dates with Poseidon. One day Medusa and Poseidon went to make out in Athena’s temple. Now, this was really disrespectful to Athena, so she got angry and took her anger out on poor Medusa. Medusa was turned into a hideous beast with snake hair and disproportioned features. She was so ugly, she could turn people to stone when they simply looked at her. Poseidon ran away screaming in disgust, and Medusa went to live with her sisters in a cave, and they became known as the gorgons. One day, a boy named Perseus went out to slay her. He used a mirror shield so he didn’t look directly at her, and decapitated Medusa in her sleep.
