We have had a bad stretch of weather in our area the last few days, and a couple of the fine folks on the Nextdoor app have been connecting the recent flooding rain and hail storms to the Aurora Borealis event. And no, they aren’t trolling- they’re quite serious about it.
BF BORGERS was dismissed as the company’s auditing firm aftera Securities and Exchange Commission report charged the firm with over 1,500 “deliberate and systematic failures” in audits.
The NEW auditing firm is based in Arizona, which should set off alarm bells then and there
I would give anything to be in a region where this was visible (even just a tiny bit) and the only reaction this redhatted ignoramus has is to spout approved text conspiracy theories. Pathetic and joyless life he has.
No, this toon is a waste. To imply all Trump supporters think like this is not even good satire. Grasping at straws just to degrade republicans, sad. All enjoyed the chance to see the aurora borealis, even MAGA folks.
Critics Slam Ex-Trump WH Aide’s ‘Deeply Evil’ Homeless Claim: ‘This Is Who They Are’
“So I always keep this fake Hollywood money in my car so when a homeless person asks for money, then I give him like a fake $5 bill, so I feel good about myself, they feel good,” said McEntee in a clip with the caption “Just a joke. Everyone calm down #fyp.”“And then, when they go to use it, they get arrested so I’m actually like helping clean up the community. You know, getting them off the street.”
McEntee, who was described by The Atlantic as helping “set the stage” for the Jan. 6 attack, was fired from his Trump White House post amid a Department of Homeland Security investigation into financial crimes back in 2018 only to be rehired as the director of the presidential personnel office in 2020.
People could face up to 20 years in prison and be fined for knowingly and with the intent to defraud, possess or distribute any false, forged or counterfeit bill, according to 18 U.S. Code § 480.
As it happens, a friend and I were just last week watching a 2020 British thriller mini-series COBRA. (No snakes or Stallone involved—it’s mostly politics, and Cabinet Office Briefing Room A is the equivalent of the White House Situation Room.) The first season deals with a crisis arising from a solar flare that disrupts communications and power systems in Britain.
(I saw no Aurora Borealis here in Vancouver BC, although there are reports from some more rural areas.)
