I recently completed getting cataract removal surgery on both eyes. It seems to have really stirred up the floaters, and sometimes they really drive me crazy now! They seem to be larger than ever. Still, I’m really glad the cataracts are gone.

I once had a floater that looked like Saturn. Nobody believed I discovered a new planet.

It’s all eye floaters. Plus we’re proof the universe is self-aware. Go have a beer.

That really did happen to a French scientist early in the 20th century, and a real life Indiana Jones exposed the unintentional fraud behind “Z” rayz.

I don’t believe astronomers even look into telescopes these days. CCD camera have gotten so good that the output is fed directly into a computer for analysis. The output is displayed on a big flat screen monitor.

I tried to see if I still have eye floaters. Didn’t see any, but now I can see the comic in 3D. :^)
