This study used uniquely comprehensive arrest data from the Texas Department of Public Safety to compare the criminality of undocumented immigrants to legal immigrants and native-born U.S. citizens between 2012 and 2018.
Abstract
The study found that undocumented immigrants had substantially lower crime rates than native-born citizens and legal immigrants across a range of felony offenses. Relative to undocumented immigrants, U.S.-born citizens are over 2 times more likely to be arrested for violent crimes, 2.5 times more likely to be arrested for drug crimes, and over 4 times more likely to be arrested for property crimes. In addition, the proportion of arrests involving undocumented immigrants in Texas was relatively stable or decreasing over this period. The differences between U.S.-born citizens and undocumented immigrants are robust to using alternative estimates of the broader undocumented population, alternate classifications of those counted as “undocumented” at arrest and substituting misdemeanors or convictions as measures of crime. (publisher abstract modified)
Instead of focusing on a specific crime, actually probably an outlier, look at the statistics that say one thing this immigration does NOT do is significantly increase crime.
It’s a good thing the young woman in Georgia wasn’t raped as the Georgia GOP might have tried to keep her on life support to see if she was harboring a human.

trumpturd is a racist SOB who has only one plan. Wipe out Minority groups. And he knows that ignorant gop white racist supremacist will kiss his rear end and vote and shell out cash for him. It’s working like magic among white gop.
Meanwhile, in Alabama families who want to start or add to their families can’t. Who decided? CONGRESSMEN and WOMEN. Tommy Tuberville, in an interview, said we need more babies, and when the facts of the recent decision were explained to him, he stuttered. The know not what they do, yet they continue to do it. Women’s bodies are being governed more and more by these know nothing congress people.
When did the US start taking orders from Rome? There’s a reason for so many lapsed Roman Catholics; the main ones being intrusive policies into privacy and useless rules.
So, according to bible-thumpers in robes, the unborn possess souls of infinite worth (and are somehow the “image of God”), and so zygotes and blastocysts are now “babies” who possess more rights than their disposable human incubators.
Try not to complain too much, MAGA sisters, when the male-run theocracy you voted for strips you of your rights and consigns you to be ruled by a Christian Taliban.
Not only do republicans want to force everywoman in the country to carry every pregnancy to term even if the doctor says it will kill her,Republicans also want to ban contraceptives, republicans want to interfere in everyone’s sex life because their religious belief tells them to.. The Constitution was written to stop a religious dictatorship in this county. Your religion tells you what to do, it does not allow you to tell me what to do.

It is tragic, but don’t forget we are our own worst enemies..i.e., mass shootings…and don’t forget the four students at the University of Idaho.

Another case of misleading explanation of a law, and has absolutely nothing to do with abortion.

When you begin with the flawed premise that a clump of cells is the equivalent of a baby, flawed conclusions are inevitable.

A fetus is not a baby. A fetus is called fetus because it is not yet a baby.

Keeping people confined without due process and in freezing conditions is a violation of the Fifth and Eighth Amendments.
