Kids or P. F. Flyers?

US Air Force Basic Training, the Military Training Instructors (MTIs) all had taps on their boots and shoes. I served 20 years, retired as a Master Sergeant, and Basic Training was 41 years ago. The sound of steel taps on any hard surface floor STILL makes my various sphincters reflexively slam shut.

I support belling the Alice.

One of the few times Alice’s self absorption is actually a benefit to others, although the ensuing stampede could do some damage, I suppose.
