Just don’t wrench your back dodging those falling wrenches.

Boeing is a disaster. 346 people died in two similar crashes: Lion Air Flight 610 on October 29, 2018 and Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 on March 10, 2019. Come on and lets do it again.

Alaska airlines found some more planes, that had lose bolts.

I have a sucker bet for you all. This incident will be on the Smithsonian Channel’s Air Disasters.

She continues: “Your seatback contains the instructions for repairing anything that might disassemble in your section of the aircraft. But don’t worry if you can’t understand them, because they will be immediately sucked through the gaping holes in the fuselage.”

Is that cable she’s holding a fall guy?

Wrenches? Wenches? Which would you prefer?

Those poor people are just asking for another salary increase, it’s just a harmless prank, Okay!

Just a rehash of work published by others.

OK, because these are supposed to be the funny papers, here’s a little comic relief, favorite flight-attendant safety messages, from back before they started playing recordings:

“If you’re traveling with a child, adjust your own oxygen mask first. If you’re traveling with more than one child, decide right now which one you love the most.”

“… and you unbuckle the seat belt the same way as every other seat belt you’ve ever used.”

“Our pilot today is Captain Crunch.”

“In the unlikely event of a water landing, you’ll know you’re not in Kansas any more.”

You can hardly blame them. It must get awfully boring after the 1000th repetition of the same line of patter, and at least these guys were entertaining.

Ouch, says Boeing.

Can the American worker no longer be trusted to do their tasks correctly — whether it was done directly/manually or indirectly through instructions to an automation?

That’s what you get with scab labor.

I think lots of things fall off airplanes that are never mentioned or make the news.

Look out below . . .in the cabin and on the ground.

Can you believe no one was sitting in those two seats?! They would have been at least badly pummeled by debri.

What sound does it make when a jetliner door falls off and bounces on the ground? BOEING!

This will show eventually why you dont hire ppl or companies base political pressures and rather on merit . Subcontractor mess up Boeing mess up hiring them for the wrong reasons

Wrenches aren’t much use if there aren’t any bolts to tighten.

This is very clever.

What I don’t understand is why the panel bolted on from the outside rather than having a flange on the inside. Interior air pressure would keep it in place, even if the bolts loosened. Its only use(it’s no longer an emergency exit) would be maintenance access and it wouldn’t matter if mechanics had to unbolt the panel from the inside.

But no one died in the ensuing crash and explosion. Who’d watch that?

Chip Bok’s version yesterday was funnier.

Any time I fly, I bring my Victorinox Swiss Army combi knife/toolkit. It includes the very important 19mm wrench to tighten Boeing door bolts. Don’t leave the ground without it.

And a fresh roll of duct tape, the good stuff.

Not only did the door crash, Boeing did too.

Drunk pilots and now drunks on the assembly lines manufacturing the planes…….
