Carpetbagger Lauren Boebert has a tough sell to the voters in Colorado’s Fourth Congressional District: “I was elected to Colorado’s Third Congressional District (where I actually live) and then re-elected in 2022 by barely 546 votes in what should be a safe Republican District. And that was before I was caught giving a hand job to a New York Democrat who owns a bar that hosts drag shows at a theatrical showing of Beetlejuice and was thrown out. So since I know I can’t win in the District where I live, I am going to run away to the opposite side of the state where I think voters are gullible enough to vote for me. Please vote for me!”
Yeah, let’s see how that turns out. She may end up turning TWO safe Republican districts Blue.
Maybe she can run as the “feel good” candidate for 2024.
Most states have a requirement that those running for state legislative districts reside in the district they run in. But the constitutional requirements for the United States Congress are specified in the Constitution, and cannot be regulated by state law, and only require that members of the House of Representatives reside in the STATE they will represent, not their district.
In my state of California, a couple of examples of prominent congressmen who do not live in the district they represent are Darrell Issa (Republican) and John Garamendi (Democrat).
Wonder if those voters realize that she is just blowing smoke up their voting booths or agree with her that having another district available is quite handy. She and the Fat Oange Clown ( the FOCer) will grab anything they can anywhere they can.
In the real news, Sen. Bob “Goldbrick” Menendez D-NJ received additional charges this week of accepting bribes from Qatar, in addition to Egypt. The leftist response? Crickets. A two-bit representative from CO is more important because she has an R after her name. Leftists do have their priorities ya know.
It will be interesting to see if the good people of Colorado want a functional representative or an expert of getting Fox News airtime and clicks and likes.
Thanks Clay! I live in Colorado’s CD3 and have been mortified by that extremely embarrassing person ‘representing’ me. I hope the folks in CD4 have more sense.
Trolls came out from under their rocks, a little late today, still it’s nice to know that they’re Ok and that their heads are still soft and squishy, like over ripe, spoiled cantaloupes.
Say, here’s a question…What’s the difference between a runover skunk and a troll?
I wonder if our resident trolls could even define (accurately! Phony Irishmen, Fony Filosofers, and Fascist Ferns need not apply) those tricky terms, “whack” or “a” or “mole” …..
In the recent news, Sen. Bob “Goldbrick” Menendez D-NJ received additional charges this week of accepting bribes from Qatar, in addition to Egypt.
Who does this Menendez guy think he is, donny trump?
Estimates of payments from foreign powers to trump are $7,500,00.00 and still more are being discovered. This was while the orange blob was in office, now, they don’t have much use for the clown.

More than likely, she’ll lose the nomination to another Republican.

Maybe if she actually proposed or worked on passing any actual meaningful legislation, she wouldn’t be considered such a buffoon.

This kinda reminds me of Michelle Bachman, another congressperson with little connection to truth or honesty. She flamed out after a while, though.
