I don’t think I’ve had a “tofu” burger as such, but I’ve had plenty of good-tasting meatless burgers. The best, IMO, is the Beyond Burger. Impossible is also good. I also enjoy the brands that make no attempt to mimic meat, like Gardenburger.
The closest thing I’ve had to a tofu burger would have been many years ago when a local Subway franchise was offering teriyaki-marinated tofu as main ingredient in their sandwiches. I actually liked it quite a bit, especially with a full array of salad ingredients Subway puts on sandwiches. Definitely better than the “veggie patty” all the franchises sell today.
