It is amazing when Trump signed that law it was aimed at Hillary. Instead, it is a boomerang and hit him.

Of course Summers would think that the Lord Jesus Trump is being crucified by Pontius Biden. It does not matter that the Lord is a fraud, a liar, a thief and murderer, he is being punished for nothing.

If you leave evidence lying around – text, phone, emails, etc – you are going to get nailed. Which doesn’t say much for the intelligence of the one indicted.

The indictment is unsealed and available to read. I wonder if Dana took time out from this kind of garbage to actually read the charges. For the record Trump also needs to answer to the charge of trying to overturn an election.

Because Trump is innocent of the Crimes he admits to committing on tape. Whether it is retaining classified documents after swearing that he did not have them or admitting to sexual assault. The same for threatening election officials to “find 11 thousand votes or I will have you arrested”

He is always innocent of the crimes he admits to.

Just ask him he will tell you

I know the MAGA crowd is used to a weaponized DoJ because of the Trump administration’s examples. Didn’t care for Jeff Sessions because he recused himself from the Russia investigation then appointed the lickspittle Barr to run interference. Barr “turns” on him and he’s out. Since we “do it”, everybody must too. Maybe it’s just a classic case of projection?

It’s hard to believe how the left is so afraid of this wholesome, decent, family-oriented, poor little rich boy who through life-long ambition and honest dealing decided to bravely take on the evil establishment and the corrupt deep state for his downtrodden followers who have long suffered at the hands of the poor/needy/blacks/immigrants/skilled/educated/liberals/progressives/non-christians/etc minorities. He’s just a naive innocent that was unaware that he could not take a few classified documents to his home and share them with his friends. The left is just so evil and jealous of his popularity.                  …/s

Orange Traitor has been handled with kid gloves this whole time. He should have been indicted a long time ago. Biden has purposely stayed out directing the Justice Department to do or not do anything. Unlike Orange Traitor placing people like Bill Barr into positions to protect, and obstruct justice to allow him to continue his criminal activities while President.

Orange Traitor needs to be punished, as Nixon (Watergate), Reagan (Iran/Contra), and W. Bush (War Crimes) should have for their crimes against the USA. Orange Traitor’s mistake, was taking it too far, and selling aid to those that would do direct harm to the USA, and conspiring for an insurrection to keep himself in power indefinitely. If he had stuck to simply grossly overcharging the USA for his, his “friends”, and his security detail with far more trips to Mar a Lago and his other golf resorts, and some of his other smaller transgressions, Orange Fool just might have gotten way with those crimes.

As, it is, the Republican Party has been doing their best to bring fascism full on for decades. Which would put the wealthy above the law. That is, as long, as they don’t upset their installed Dear Leader.

Instead of taking Sinclair’s declaration that ‘Fascism would come to the USA wrapped in the flag, clutching a cross.’ as a warning, the Repubs thought, ’Hey, great idea.

I’ve been thinking about the numerous “lies” and “indictments” against trump. Each time one is made public his cult screams “hoax”, “witch hunt” [if so they’ve chosen the right ‘witch’], what about Biden and other overly used words and phrases. This “deep state” they blame must be so deep that it includes the entire government from top to bottom. I wish I knew about it. However, I guess I’m part of it even tho’ I don’t know anyone in it.

It would be funny if it wasn’t so serious. Calling the prosecutor a “psycho” before you’re even arraigned on 37 felony counts is akin to insulting the cook before you get your meal. Worse, because a potential poisoned sandwich is preferable to potentially decades behind bars.

What is your defense, Mr. Dotard? Name-calling, claiming victimhood, and stomping your feet isn’t a winning legal strategy. It may work to stimulate more donations and get you more media attention, but there comes a time when you will actually have to defend your actions rather than continue to deflect. When you don’t have your sycophants clamoring “maxwell must go free” from the gallery, it’s going to be facts that matter.

Even the Trump-appointed judge who was dressed down for initially agreeing to appoint a marshall to examine the DOJ’s evidence will not be able to get away with ignoring the massive amount of evidence against him.

For all of the Democrats who are busy stumbling around in the dark like the blind man trying to figure out by feel what the elephant is, let me see if I can help. You see, the Special Prosecutor is going to run out of runway before the November 2024 elections. The appeals process will make it so, even in the absence of any effort on Trump’s part. You’ve bet all your winnings on the Come Bar of the losing supposition that Trump’s donors will give up and save their money instead of wasting it on someone who’s just going to jail anyway. This didn’t stop Nelson Mandela’s supporters, and it’s not going to stop Trump’s.

The best you can hope for is that Trump will be incarcerated, get elected anyway, pardon himself, and walk free.

Good strategy, Democrats. Keep it up. Don’t ever change.

I think it’s telling that, today, only Dana Summers is willing to post pro-Dotard propaganda and disinformation, at least on this site.

Where is Bok, Lisa Benson, Goodwyn, Kelley, Lester, Payne? Did you people miss the Fox/RNC briefing on today’s talking points? Or have you come to realize that there are some things even you cannot justify?

    Their silence speaks volumes.

Jack Smith has recordings & texts showing that Trump deliberately hid classified documents, despite repeated attempts by NARA to recover them as required by law. That’s called obstruction.

I’m old enough to remember when conservatives insisted such “hearsay” evidence was not credible. The FBI has a report from someone who was not an eyewitness, claiming Biden got paid for policy decisions. According to Bill Barr, the FBI referred the case to the Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss’ Office some time in 2020. Weiss is a Trump nominee, but has a reputation as an honest & aggressive prosecutor of political corruption. I won’t be shocked if Hunter & James Biden are indicted for violating FARA or tax violations. If you think there’s any record of Joe Biden receiving money from any part of their deals, you’re in for disappointment.

Federal Judge Aileen “Loose” Cannon – a Trump appointee who’s purchased new pantyhose ‘cause the knees kept getting worn through after her special, executive meetings at Mar A Lardo, is the judge assigned to the case in Floriduh. ’Wonder what she’ll spend her – uh – finder’s fee on? She should ask Clarence Thomas . . .

I you believe the liberal press will give the Biden incrimination they give Trump, you are living in a dream world. There is graft in all levels of our government. The party in power controls the press. Thus, the press will condemn Trump, but ignore Biden and his cabal in order to bambozzle the public.
