Florida is where woke is placed on a board and slowly drowned.

Florida is where woke is tied to a post and garroted while the red-hatted watched with glee.

Florida is where woke herded into windowless rooms and gassed.

Florida, where neo-fascism flourishes under the semi-tropical sun.

I left Floriduhh over 20 years ago, and haven’t looked back since. Hard to believe that Kentucky, where I now live, is NOW more progressive, even with having to deal with Moscow Mitch McTurtle and The Twit-in-Training Rand Paul in the Senate. At least our Governor isn’t a raving lunatic like DeSantis!!

In the middle of 2021 we were looking at places to visit on vacation after the pandemic slowed down. Neither of us had been to Disney World. I was not too sure because of the humidity, mosquitoes and such, but the Mrs said it would be fun and we could hit Key West and see the Hemingway house. We almost, but did not, make arrangements in 2022 for later this year. We are going to spend that money on being tourists in Victoria and the rest of the Island. No money for DeSatan.

Yet, people are fleeing the blue cities of crime and grime to dwell in Florida. “The Census Bureau’s latest estimates show that a net total of about 320,000 Americans moved into Florida between 2021 and 2022, the largest number among the 49 states and Washington, DC.” Guess the government there must be doing something right. BTW, if you move there. Buy a home ten miles inland. Much less property damage from storms. Per my uncle who raised a family and lived there most of his professional life.

Democrats are reverting to type – founding a neo- Old South. California is the new South Carolina. Add, Oregon, Washington state and Hawaii to complete the set. New York state and the New England states are the new border states like Delaware, Missouri, Kentucky, and Maryland were. The old south possessed a small extremely wealthy class, a tiny middle class, involuntary servitude and large numbers of whites and free blacks in poverty. The cotton plantation owners and cotton trade factors such as Lehman Brothers, made up the wealthy class. The small middle class included doctors, lawyers, larger shop owners and a few others that catered to the wealthy. Involuntary servitude labor depressed the wages of most others. Now, oligarch donors understand that hiring cheap labor is more cost effective than involuntary servitude . Involuntary servitude workers only work enough to keep from being punished and must be cared for. Peons are cheaper. California’s oligarch class are mostly in IT, show business and a few industries. Lawyers and doctors, who cater to the aforementioned, form the upper middle class. The wealthy oligarchs use imported labor to depress IT wages at one end and unskilled labor to keep their mansions and well-manicured lawns – mimicking involuntary servitude of old. Which depresses the wages of a dwindling middle class. Add, rising taxes and the middle class becomes poor or leaves the state. Instead of the old KKK, Democrats employ thoroughly corrupt BLM and AntiFa aka the Black Bloc for more violent exercises.

When a goverment turns totalaterian, people flee. In California, that vote is clearly one of disapproval. Almost 370,000 more people are leaving the state annually than move there. The bleeding is so bad that California lost a seat in Congress for the first time after the 2020 census. Some 319,020 residents fled New York state between July 2020 and July 2021, according to US Census Bureau data released last week — a 1.6% year-over-year loss that made New York the nation’s leading state for population decline.
