The butternut squash and greens sound delicious! Not sure about the alfalfa paste.

My sons had a pet guinea pig at one time. It was the same time I was on a diet and eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. The animal loved apple cores, melon rinds and other parts of the meal that I did not want to eat.

Also he screeched every time he heard me walk down the hall. I was his favorite person. I imagine that for an animal that lives mostly underground, the sense of hearing is primary.

His dinner looks like better food than he was planning to give his iguana: “In the wild, iguanas feed almost entirely on the leaves of trees and vines,plus some fruits and flowers.”

The Green-ologists want us to eat crickets now. Yuck.

Acheta protein is more palatable than ground up cricket.

Kind of surprised that Peter and Paige aren’t lining up behind Jason.

I agree Jason, the crickets are healthier especially if you dip in chocolate.

Iguanas are herbivores, but my visitors eat the cat food.
