Well, what do you expect from characters from 1953? Emoji? Sounds like a Japanese word to me.

Two things I will not touch: eggplant, and okra!!!

Half way through my GoComics list and you and Red and Rover are the only ones so far to mention Veterans Day still got about 40 some strips to go.

If the use of emoji get any more pervasive, pretty soon we’ll be back to totally using (digital) hieroglyphics. Pictionaries will replace dictionaries. GoComics will censor the visual use of certain fruits, vegetables, and nuts.

Thank you, not only to the veterans, but to their families who endure the absence and uncertainty.

That’s how I feel whenever I eat eggplant, even if it’s not rotten.

Ah, Frank Frazetta. I first knew him from his sword and sorcery images from the 70’s. Now, I also have the four volumes of his work on L’il Abner.
