I heard Trump’s speech about traveling to the Capitol to stop the count. I heard him urging the crowd to fight for their country. I heard the tapes with secret service and FBI agents saying they spotted various people with AR-15s and handguns.
What does MS Hutchinson have to gain by saying these things about Trump. She’s a dedicated Republican that was working for his Chief of Staff. She has far more to lose if it was proven that she was lying. I doubt she would risk going to jail just to make Trump look guilty knowing that there’s the possibility that Engel or Cippilone could be called to testify.
Actually, everything she heard was first hand as she was present to hear what was being said. It’s amazing how many right wing nutjob lawyers don’t have a grasp on law.
Henry Payne didn’t bother to learn any of the important testimony that Ms. Hutchinson gave. He heard from a friend of a guy that this silliness was the talking point to be used to distract from the things that Ms. Hutchinson saw and heard directly.
Republicans: elephant(s) in room.I case you hadn’t noticed, H P, the latest witness implicated T & staffers in witness intimidation! Worthy of a mob boss.

If everything she heard was first-hand, then by the time she told the world it was second-hand and 18 months after the fact. Wow
As already said by many, Hutchinson testified while under oath to what she witnessed herself, and what she was told and heard in her position as assistant to tRump’s Chief of Staff. She was in the room, Payne was not.
conservatives won’t bring it up, but so far those who have testified while under oath have been Republican former staffers and appointees by the tRump Administration. He hires the best people. Those who support and defend tRump have REFUSED to testify while under oath.
Payne sure fires ‘em up on both sides. I bet he’s having a gleeful orgy over this one. Like E.B. Farnum with his 100K of shinplasters. (Deadwood, Season 3)

Henry is going all out here, so anything he attacks must be true. After all, he IS a Trump-bot.
