Tracy was already aware that the Ambassador had a Space Coupe, wasn’t he? In fact, I’m pretty sure that there are more Coupes. They couldn’t load the entire population of Moon Valley into that one. I suppose they could have made multiple trips, though.

Diet Smith (December 27, 2012 on board his Coupe with Honeymoon and Tracy): “Honeymoon, when the Moon Governor banished us, he had several Space Coupes finished and more under construction.”

They’re going somewhere far tho’ we know not where. Looks innocent yet. Will there be Moon people just inside the door with restraints waiting for Tracy to come through ?

I like seeing the Space Coupe back, but as much as I like Shelley’s art, she seems to draw the coupe a bit on the clunky side… it lacks the smooth lines of a classic coupe, which had that sleek look to it… Shelley’s version of the coupe is lacking that…

Which, of course, sets up the possibility that the wreckage Diet located was from a lunar coupe and Zy Ghote et al may still be around.

Tracy really has a great home security system… you can land a spacecraft in his backyard & he doesn’t know about it.

Coupe looks like a bug that’s died and rolled over on its back.

Like Eagle Transporters in Space 1999, there is ALWAYS another Space Coupe available.

I’m wondering how much rain Tracy is expecting on the Moon…

Soooo, he didn’t just wiggle his antennae ala Samantha Stevens and teleport to Earth? S TO quote Claude Rains, ‘Shocked! I am shocked!’

Convenient for the colorist how much of that panel is yellow – Tracy’s clothes, everyone else’s hair, the coupe ….

What happened to the original Moon Valley?

Space Coupes always remind me of the early Mr. Bribery days back in 1966! He stole one at some point.

I don’t trust the ambassador!

Well I see the Ambassador was his own uber driver. Also notice that the moon is still out…good…could not be seen in the daytime with a Space Coupe and not draw attraction.

Gee, I was under the impression that Diet Smith Industries were the creators of the Space Coupe. Some trade secrets must have taken place when I took a leave of absence from daily reading the strip.

In my office, I have a Polar Lights repop of the old Aurora Space Coupe circa 1966 (it had the POLICE mock up, but I left that stuff off) hanging over my head from the ceiling as I write this stuff…..

A lot of excitement over seeing this Space-Coupe-with-a-tutu hidden in the woods! Ambassador has his hostages….err…friends all eager to go to Wherever it is they’re going.

Gosh, don’t you like it when every thing is as clear as mud? And don’t we all totally trust Ambassador?!
