I worked for fairly large (chemical) companies. We were given maximum capital budgets. As long as your total investment was below that, you were OK. But to go higher, you really had to have something very good.

Comic strip physics is keeping the upper front flap down against the pull of the straps (and Rita may want to put a few weights on the bottom of the lower flaps unless she wants to get entered into the “Best Legs of MMM” contest – non sequitur – I wonder if they still have the “Best Legs in Santa Cruz” contest at the Boardwalk)

It has taken 68 years, but I finally understand “Discretion Is The Better Part Of Valor.”

Not to be picky about your dress design talents, but the way those straps are affixed to the flap, the flap should fly up and hit her in the face.
