Putin has not use for Peace. it just gets in his way.

As much as I hate to say this – but in a cold pragmatic way Trump is right. Putin calculated the reactions long before and got to the result that it is worth. Sanctions come and go. They can also be bypassed by some befriended countries, which Putin has a few. He knows that most western countries only look for the $$ and what will be good for their own economy/business.But the soil he takes now, will stay russian. That will be good for his picture in the history books.

Police “inundated” with calls about 500-pound bear “Hank the Tank”

Police in South Lake Tahoe say they have been “inundated” with phone calls about “Hank the Tank” — a 500-pound black bear that has broken into dozens of homes in the area. So on Wednesday, the police department had a message for concerned callers: “Please stop calling SLTPD to give your opinions about Hank.”

In a Facebook post titled “Hank The Tank: PSA,” the police department implored people to stop contacting them about the bear.

“Our dispatchers are being inundated with these calls about Hank,” police said. "It’s affecting their ability to give their full attention to emergency calls. "

I said this weeks ago. No need to worry until the Olympics were over. Putin always attacks the Ukraine at the conclusion of the Olympics like when Russia invaded Crimea (his last territorial demand). The question is, will he stop with just the disputed territories or will he take the whole country like Hitler did with Czechoslovakia in 1938.

After all, Hitler only wanted to protect the “persecuted German nationals” wherever they lived.

So perhaps we shout deport all Russian nationals so Putin does not have an excuse to send “peacekeeping forces” here to protect them.

Putin will not stop until he has “Made Russia Great Again” by reuniting the Soviet Union. Stalin would have been proud of him.

Putin attacked Ukraine and I weep for the citizens of that country.

Umm, just curious why is there not similar outrage when other countries do the same. There is much hypocrisy when it comes to “borders”. Borders in the Middle East are like rubber bands with America defending or turning a blind eye as it suits them.

I see Rump has chimed in to praise his good buddy Putin. He says the invasion was caused by the “rigged” election and, of course, tied to all the rest of his usual grievances. I never knew Rump had such a powerful influence on Putin. He didn’t invade because of Rump’s perfect handling of the Covid too. And, thanks to Rump’s great relationship, Putin never started WWIII either. Does this demented fool still have the ability to dress and feed himself?

Buh but all they want is the south eastern half with total access to the Black Sea. The Ukrainians can keep Chernobyl.

Putin is a pussy, which is why he is attacking a country that was no threat to Russia. He is attacking them, because they were a threat in that they showed there was a better way to live than Putin’s largely abusive dictatorship in Russia.
