A couple of colleagues were talking about getting KFC, and I mentioned that it had been years since I had eaten any. Then I learned they were talking about KOREAN Fried Chicken. There are a few locations in Vancouver that specialize in this new KFC – and believe me, it beats the Colonel’s cooking any day of the week.
