I think, no matter how this goes, it will be very difficult to persuade many to re-mask… including many of those who were observant of the warnings before.

If you got fully vaccinated with approved vaccines in the U.S. you are safe. Fauci is worried about the states with less then 50 percent vaccinated. Southern GQP states mostly.

Despite a late start in vaccine procurement, Germany is about to overtake the US is percentage of people with first does. There are still more people wanting to be vaccinated than available shots.

The anti vaxxers are leaving a healthy breeding stock for the COVID virus to improve its resistance to drugs.. transmissibility.. Perhaps, we could name that one the MAGA variant..

The Alpha and Epsilon variants account for 97% of new infections in Oregon, Delta is under 1%.

Though I’m fully vaxxed, I’ve always felt safer with a mask on to guard against the variants. Even though I can’t die from a variant, and might be protected for three years, I’d just as soon not experience the sickness as I already have enough troubles with other things. Better safe than sorry, my mom used to say.

I suppose it’s too much to hope that people who think evolution is a hoax will see how it works when it comes to the mutation of viruses. The variants (like ∆) that are most resistant to antagonists like vaccines are the ones that will survive, propagate, and thrive.

Besides if they want Biden to fail what better way than not helping him get his 70% mandate.

    Latest comphusion point.

Apparently they now think that you get better protection if you get two Different vaccines instead of two shots of the Same vaccine.

Got vaccinated because one of the benefits is no mask. Now they claim we still may need to mask up again. Time to quit going places again.

A study recently completed by a Dr. Haider and others shows that people with underlying conditions produce antibodies at lower rates than those without. For example, someone with Crohn’s disease (like me) produces antibodies at 80% of the rate of those with no underlying conditions. Someone with, or previously treated for cancer produces antibodies at an even lower rate, and anyone who has had an organ transplant produces antibodies at 30% (!) of the rate of those with no underlying conditions. So masks were recommended in group settings, even for those fully vaccinated, who have underlying conditions. This report was discussed on KDKA News in Pittsburgh Pa on July 1…
