Well, we KNEW that the “empathic weapon” trope applied before, but I’ll bet someone’s over at TVTropes as we speak officially adding it to Endtown’s page with the absolute proof that Zero Guns may be able to be reasoned with.

Doesn’t explain anything as to how Flask was able to get hers to work since she did use it to kill un-merged Topsiders, though.

I hope the Bird Dude isn’t trying to sell Wally and the others out to the topsiders!

Lay off on Aaron. The monsters, the deadline, and his (occasional injury or illness) distracted him.

It has a big brother named Bomb 20. You have to argue with it as well…

As long as the zero gun doesn’t realize he’s not on the monster’s menu, he might act appropriately.

A sentient weapon……remember a transport agreed to work with Al and Gustine.

Is it just me, or is there a layering issue going on? I can’t see the gun’s dialog because it’s overlapping the third panel somehow.

Despite his arguments, Bomb #20 will do as it sees fit…

more guns need to be sentient, I’d prefer if they weren’t racist though…

By my count, there are at least 6 comments about the misplaced text. And at least twice that answering them. How many times do commenters NOT read what others have written before them? Sorry for venting, but this just annoys me.

Talk about throwing one’s voice. That device has thrown it so far, it’s misplaced it.

There might not be enough effective dittos to make a big “force bubble,” but maybe there’s enough to reinforce the parts of an existing door?

This is interesting because the gun did originally belong to the newly-peafowled Topsider. The gun would have witnessed the mutation.
