I’m informed (how reliably, is in doubt) that the unearthly screams of the eternally damned are mostly outside the range of merely human hearing.

That’s what I play back when a telemarketer calls.

You never know who you might be sitting next to on the bus.

No no, leave it on. I’m in the music business.

Ooooh! Hell has 5G?

I find public transit traumatic most of the time too.

My friend has his cell phone ring tone set up as a scream when his wife calls.

Can I see the video you already scarred me for life.

Must have been a trump rally.

You just never know who your neighbors are…

Commuting Hell

My first plane ride was a rough one. The person next to me wanted to know if I was sure I would go to heaven if the plane crashed. The person on the other side of me wanted to know if I had sufficient life insurance as he was willing to sell me some.

“Just a slob like one of us,

Just a stranger on the bus,

Tryin’ to make his way home,

Nobody callin’ on the phone…"

Well I’ll be damned, you never know who you’re going to meet on a bus.

Just another day on public transportation.

I’d just keep reading that book if I were you
