I would say “No.” to the answer “NO” for the symbol for Nobelium. I would accept “No”. If both letters are capitalized, it means two different elements – Nitrogen and Oxygen (which is the formula for Nitric Oxide, NO, as stated in the comic). You know, Nobelium’s symbol is Capital “N” and lowercase “O” (o).

And if it’s a question about a traditional Japanese form of drama, you might take Noh for an answer.
