Good call Earl. Those doctors can’t get anything passed you.

It’s no fun getting your temperature taken in “the basement” either.

One year they had a shortage of the flu vaccine. When I was finally able to sign up, it was in the basement of some church. On the plus side, because it was also the kitchen where that church did all their community events, there were lots of baked goods available afterwards.

Never had one. Never will. Never had the flu either. At 72 I don’t see the point.

My cat used to get his temperature taken “in the basement”. He wasn’t happy about it either.

I’m not taking the risk of going out to get a flu shot until after I have gotten my covid shot.

So he asks where he will get the shot, she is answering a different question, where will the shots be given.

You asked Earl on location, not on body site. For me I get no egg flu shot already done. I hope by March I need to get the Shingles shot at the pharmacy. I am that age.

I am 75 and have had the flu only once, when I was a child. I’ve never had a flu shot and never gotten the flu since that first time. On the other hand, I am looking forward to getting the vaccine for Covid-19. In Mexico, us older folks (“de la tercera edad”) are next in line to register for the shots. This is done online and then (supposedly) you get a phone call to make an appointment. Since I live in Mexico, I’m not expecting the process to go smoothly, so wish me luck!
