See “TVTropes.com” website – they actually have one for “Bunny Ears Lawyer” -
Quoted: "Some characters have pervasive or extremely noticeable personality quirks, but remain steadily employed because they are just that good at what they do. Coworkers, superiors, and friends find themselves willing to overlook these informalities (e.g., a hypothetical highly successful lawyer who happens to wear fuzzy pink bunny ears during all his cases) so long as the job gets done. " :-P
I knew I was in trouble when my lawyer showed up late for court, still partially intoxicated, in his bedroom slippers, with his pajamas sticking out from under his suit…
True story! The judge was so P.O.’d at my attorney that he fined him for contempt of court and sent him to jail for two days. He dismissed the case, ( a motor vehicle ticket I was disputing ), saying I suffered enough by having “that clown as a lawyer”.

I don’t know how they could ever tell if I went insane. Maybe if I started making sense.

All that’s needed for an insanity plea is a maga hat and a gun to shoot oneself in the foot with.

Not a bad defense all things considered, as long as you don’t mind winding up in a nut house for the rest of your life. one flew over…

Anybody see “ Training Day”, and remember what one perp did to get declared insane? It had to do with “ packing his ass with chunky peanut butter…..”
