The ancient Greeks has a weird sense of humour. Wait till you see what they had to say about lettuce (the vegetable, not the character here). :P :P :P

And, since they wore togas, they didn’t split their pants by bending over.

It sounds like those Ancient Greeks will never get a prize-winning video on AFV.

Target – tar + dice – e + grapes – pes + desk – sk = tardigrade A.K.A. the water bear. When they hibernate, they can even survive in space.

In philosophy, there is no humor.

… and Aristotle knew it. His writings cover many subjects including logic, ethics, politics, and government. We all know there is no logic with government, and there is no ethics in politics.

Winky is writing his own book on humor in the last panel. Unfortunately, given worm anatomy, it will also leave out the “boot to the groin”.

Worm is glad he was out of the way in Panel 1 and did not get skewered. In Panel 3, he’s writing his autobiography, just in case… ;)

The Poetics principally deal with drama & tragedy with only a passing reference to comedy in the intro if I recall. Part II which dealt with Comedy has been lost. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poetics_(Aristotle)

One of my rules of thumb about movie trailers is that, if it mainly consists of guys and attacked groins, it will be a bad movie. This rule has never failed me.
