That pretty much sums it up, people will believe anything “they say” and Bleeb is looking on with Wonder….. as he should.

Is modern art like impressionism? i.e. I made/painted something mundane that anybody could do, called it art and was impressed by the huge amount the idiots paid me!

I think some the the kid stuff makes more sense than the real art.

But what about the hidden meanings the artists were expressing?

My dad has a test on his wall, 2 paintings professionally done, and one a 6-year-old did as his impression of those paintings. The 6-yo’s looks the best for color balance and to most people is one of the two they pick as the pro’s.

Thank goodness we have qualified people who tell us what is trash and what is treasure, eh?

True artistry died when modern art began in the middle 1800s. Today, $50,000 will buy you a banana taped to a canvas. Somewhere, Michelangelo, Da Vinci and Raphael along with many other TRUE artists are either crying or in a constant state of laughter.

There is a clip on U-Tube where a guy sneaks his crappy painting into an art gallery.

My definition of art is very simple. If it looks like something I could do, it ain’t art.

Don’t underestimate art. I’ve seen paintings that looked like someone sneezed actual paint on and they sold for millions of dollars

I got some of those same paintings stored from when my grand kids were in elementary school.
