Another 5 letter three syllable word…idiot. In addition, furthermore, if you will, if you want to appear smart, hang out with dumb people. (I was going to try to put a lot of $10.00 words in here, but it’s too early for me to work that hard.)

I don’t appreciate your floccinaucinihilipilification of my views. (“Treating something as worthless”). I sent it once in a letter to a lawyer who as not responding to settlement offers, with the hope he sent a junior scurrying to find out what it meant.

Ugh. Knew people like this when I was a kid. And my relatives wonder why I had no interest in going to my high school reunions.

He said “IN-EF-FIC-IENT”. The guy who hates big words just used a four-syllable word!. Now, you gotta love: ON-O-MAT-O-POE-IA. Six syllables! There’s a word you could even use sometimes, if you like to show off!

Never use a big word when a more diminutive one will do.

I guess 2013 was before the advent of the MAGA hat.

Uh, what can you say instead of “ratio”? I guess “syllables per word” might do.

The man in the cap is right in this at least: “And furthermore” is a redundancy.

Even when speaking, we abbreviate the 3 syllable ‘world wide web’ with ‘www’.
