A few weeks from now, if the hospitals are full of Trump-believers dying of virus-based pneumonia, this cartoon may be a little embarrassing for Mr. Payne. It’s this kind of propaganda that is inducing rightwingers to ignore the warnings and treat the pandemic as nothing special.

When Payne draws meaningless cartoons attacking Democrats you know that Trump and the Republicans are doing something indefensible. It”s been happening a lot lately.

Sometimes the best comments are hidden in the “reply” portion of this site. But as a public service, I am repeating here Ed Meiller’s comment on this cartoon so no one needs to go searching for it. The first comment noted that the cartoon was “senseless nonsense”, to which Ed replied: “Senseless? It’s just plain stupid.”

Please note that Henry has noting to say about the GOP handouts being planned. How come, Henry?

Such an action would be just as effective as what DJT did before it became a pandemic. In fact, since it would not destroy any helpful organization, it might be more productive than Trump.
