And 20 years ago, I got home about 4 A.M. from our state’s Emergency Operations Center after a year’s worth of baloney at work, public speeches that all will be well, and fully unaware that SBC was going to invite me to move from dear Wisconsin to San Antonio in a few months but actually I would get The Golden Handshake in another month and be unemployed ever since.

Man you better eat some black-eyed peas and cabbage so your year will get better!

I’m sure Dave can do worse – look at how much worse Pastis has gotten with practice.
