I think that’s less likely a “man-bun” than a “knot-top” as in the Knot-Top gang from the various iterations of “Watchmen.”

This place too? The same crappy door lettering? We’re supposed to understand that this is the “II II DEPT”? Are those Roman Numerals? This is the “2 2 Department”? And why is there an accent mark over the “E”? And the “artist” (cough, cough) was too lazy to even spell out the word department? This is horrible, just horrible!

Maybe Chet can still flip this around by feeding Ms. Ducey the story about how Gil and his big-city lawyer conspirator illegally allowed a key player to “move” into the district.

This nimrod needs to hire a smart-mouth consultant to do this? No wonder Chet’s been gettin’ over….
