I live two years in Liberia, West Africa. There were two seasons, dry and wet. The rain that came down was torrential. I lived on the beach and could see a flood of water 5 inches deep flooding into the ocean as far as I could see. I taught in a high school and would have to stop and wait for the rain to ease due to the roar it made.

Reminds, almost time for this cracker to watch Roots for penance.
