There’s always one in the family who walks to the beat of his own drum! YAY!

My nieces have kids who are just now getting old enough to realize I am their crazy great-uncle

I’ve always been the family oddball so it is no great revelation to me

Guilty as CHARGED.

I take great pride in being the weirdest one at any family gathering.

Mrs. Baker is not quite as enthusiastic about it.

No, I am the ‘DESIGNATED BAD EXAMPLE.’

I don’t see what he’s doing that makes him crazy.

It’s better than being the crazy cat lady.

This is the reason I don’t go to my sister’s place for the holidays.

You can smell the tension when I’m there as they all look, half cringed, waiting for it to drop. And then it does and they all look at me with that look that says, “glad you said it as I’m scared to”.

My first clue was they were all drunk.

If you’re the crazy uncle, that means everyone will be walking on egg shells so you don’t go ballistic!

I just tell people “I look at life from 3 degrees off center. I miss the obvious, and see things everyone else misses.”

What a coincidence! I just has that revelation this year!
