Only a month? Heck, I’ve been doing that for over 60 years.

Ethel is considering cracking her coffee cup up the side of Morrie’s head, after all, he’s told that same joke 27 times and it wasn’t that funny the first time.

Morrie seems to be in a world of his own. Ethel is not sure if she wants him to stay there.

That cheap crack will do that to you. You need to score the good stuff.

Morrie just retired. Ethel is now seeing the Morning Morrie, that only showed up after the 2nd cup at work, for the first time.

I worry for Morrie.

Besides laughing and slapping his leg, I imagine him saying “I kill me.”

Morrie ought to see a doctor.

Ethel is still waiting to find out what the punch line is.

You go, Morrie!

Ethel could’ve married Leslie but he wasn’t enough for her, she had to have Morrie. Now she has too much-ie.

What’s she putting in his coffee?

I get that same look from MY wife…

Morrie has found his happy place. Wife Marian contemplates homicide.

Ethel is wishing the forms she mailed a week back to have him committed would be processed by now, she can’t take many more mornings like this one.

my mother had a one way sense of humor——-if she didn’t say it, it wasn’t funny!

Most of us spent the prior 11 months like that. We can go back to regaling others in person.

Reminds me of what happens when I try to tell a joke – usually met with silence and a family member will invariably say, “Keeping yourself amused again?”
