They started up a new cola plant in Richmond while we were there a while back, turning out over a twenty cases a day. Took all of a month, using existing trade routes and supply partners. No telling if it’s still there. It could be gone already. Or it might survive. That’s just the way things are now. There’s a million little governments all ruling their little bubble kingdoms. And they clash. A lot. Some of them have little tolerance for strangers to their ways. And sometimes their ways are strange, too. So you’ve got to be real careful. When in doubt, do nothing. And do it quietly.
