Actually Trump knows climate change is real but finds it more profitable to lie and deny. And in any case, he does not care. He does not care about anyone but himself, least of all children of the future. He does not even care about his own children, who only matter to him as long as they can benefit him. The minute they no longer are seen as benefitting him, under the bus they will go. A diesel-powered smog-belching bus.

We know he knows climate change is real because he petitioned the government of Ireland for permission to build a SEA WALL to protect against rising sea levels at his golf course property in Doughmore Bay, Doonbeg, County Clare, Ireland.

So he knows it is real, wants to protect himself, but will sell everyone else (and future generations) down the river for thirty pieces of oil-stained, blood-stained silver.

Thank you Mr. Toles. No matter what flavor the ‘crisis of the week’ is that our public figures get us into, AGW is truly the crucial issue of our time. If we somehow survive our disastrous destruction of our own environment we’re gonna look back and see how close we came to extinction – all because we were distracted by lesser problems.

Voting denier Tяump out of office will be a step in the right direction, and it will help remedy quite a few of the other issues that distract us so badly.

Green up or die – it’s go time!

No he’s not. He’s incapable of feeling sorry, which ironically makes him incredibly sorry!

Appropriate that it’s a kid, since it’s the children of today who will have to deal with the legacy left behind by the ignorance and/or stupidity and/or selfishness and/or greed of the adults of today.

Don’t worry, after Humans have died off, the next intelligent species, about ten million years from now, will wind up doing the same idiotic thing.

Yes, the resident is hypocritical about AGW but his supporters are deniers mainly because liberals accept it and they do not care if it affects their own children … just as they are opposed to a constitutional democratic republic and favor an authoritarian system because it is the opposite of what the liberals support. A dangerous lot — the resident’s supporters — that do not accept that the US was founded as a secular nation and they do not accept tolerance, fairness or equality … they feel that it is “just” to rig elections. They willfully misinterpret the bible and the Constitution, — ignoring sections that they do not like — to support their anti-American views. If we do not treasure and defend our constitutional democratic republic, the resident could be the first in a long line of authoritarian dictators.

While the evil Republicans are thrashing about and making a lot of noise

they are quietly degrading the climate and environmental rules.

Trump administration reconsiders rule on coal’s mercury pollution …

in the latest move by the administration to ease regulations on an industry.

Ocean Warming Is Accelerating Faster Than Thought, New Research Finds

It isn’t going away nor, despite Trump’s assertion, is it going to “change back”. And the oceans are the base of the biosphere, the primary producers of fixed carbon (i.e., food) and oxygen.
