From what some of his friends say he could be very beligerant when he was drunk. You can tell he was hiding things from all of us. He could be guilty of felonies if he has lied to the FBI. He could even lose his judgeship he now has. Kavanagh has lived a life of entitlement and money. He sure has a temper and not the level headed justice you would want.
My worry is simple; when Judge Kavanaugh is confirmed (we all know that’s going to happen), will he be able to put aside all this to be an impartial justice? Hearing his rant at Democrats, seconded by his chief cheerleader, Senator Graham (he of the Merrick Garland “fair treatment”), does anyone really believe once on the bench, all that will fade away?
^Don’t count on that, Olongapojoe. The Ford testimony has opened up too many memories that are now being shared among women (and with some men). The rush to confirm Kavanaugh pushed by McConnell is more likely to end up biting the Republicans.
Every one of you has missed the broader point Ramirez is making.
Feinstein and the Dems have created a monster. That being the total corruption of the nomination process.
They have set the precedent for introducing the most scurrilous and sordid accusations, regardless of how absurd they are. Regardless of any credible evidence or corroboration.
They have set the stage for the total personal destruction, by any means, of any nominee they oppose. They have gone to a place that will be difficult to return from and opened the door to similar retaliation that future point the Dems control the Senate and/or the WH again.
The new standard for public review is any piece of trash willing to make an accusation.
There was a recent interview with William Fitzgerald who is Onondaga County, NY, DA with 40 years of experience and former president of the National DA Association. I think that he may have put his finger on a key issue. He asked why the GOP questioner (Mitchell) didn’t ask more probing questions about Ford’s therapy session(s) in an attempt to find out how she recovered her memory after 30 years. Of importance is whether or not it was it done by hypnosis. If so, this is problematic because recovery by hypnosis often produces false memories and for that reason is not admissible in court in most states. Maybe this is why Ford’s attorneys have not released all of the therapist’s notes. Will the FBI or the Senate investigate this? The Fitzgerald clip URL is https://youtu.be/bAzsY8mepgI
About fifty years ago, I got taken to a party. It was some apartment and I know what part of town it was in but I have no idea now exactly where it was. I stayed there a few hours. I did not drink or use any sort of recreational drug. But curiously, I have no idea how or when I got home. And I was not traumatized. So you expect perfect recall from Dr. Ford? A ridiculous expectation.
And here is another point. Camille Cosby has been most vocal in her defense of her husband, even as he has gone to prison. Where is Mrs Kavanaugh? I have not read one word of praise, defense or support for her husband to date. Maybe she wants to stay out of the fray and I would not blame her. Or maybe she cannot in good conscience offer anything positive about her husband.

The Kavanaugh monster came out when he showed his fake outrage and espoused conspiracy theories that the Democrats were behind all this.

The only smearing was the smearing of Kavanaugh’s “perfect saint” makeup. Now the truth is showing underneath. Uh-oh!

Good drawing of the sexist monster Kavanaugh,
I’ll bet he’s a screaming, abusive alcoholic.

Once again, as a good Trump Disciple, Ramirez believes that name calling and insults invalidate what their target is saying.

How exactly is Kavanaugh’s attempted rape of a 15 yr old ms Feinstein’s fault ? Please explain Ramirez, I really want to know.

Mr. Ramirez approves of assaulting women. No surprise. To him women are just baby machines.

They may end up sinking the Kavanaugh nomination, but mark my words this slander campaign will come back to bite the Democrats.

Ramirez still supports Kavanaugh even though B. K. lied about his excessive drinking in high school and college … SAD!

Given that he’s screaming and abusive when sober, that’s a safe bet.

Kudos, Ramirez, a pretty good likeness of the shambolic mess we saw at his hearing.
Oh, wait—that’s not suppose to be Brett Kavanaugh?

Yes, Kavanaugh is just like Frankenstein’s monster. Thank you for reminding us.

It’s sad that Feinstein and the Dems felt the need to pull this card… Because Kavanaugh’s on-record lies and problematic legal views weren’t enough.
