Retired UAW/GM worker. I have loved comics my enitre life. My grandmother used to read the Sunday comics to me. I loved it. I love being creative and it makes me feel good. Comics are another form of story telling. Go Comis shows that the variety of comic styles is improtant from kids comics to the Doonesbury comics including the awesome graphic novels. Uh oh for a good ten years. An account firm that is not so good at accounting when being held to account for the lack of truth backing the numbers they were paid to determine. When the Feds come asking questions they decide it is time to take their pencils and calculators and go home. Go figure. Bet this same thing happens at other way more successful companies.

My first time reading the first Jumpstart. The characters are so well written that they seem like real people. Robb Armstrong has written such a great strip for 30 years and counting!

JumpStart is a must read. Robb Armstrong has been such a solid strip. Robb is such a great writer for Jumpstart with a stable of excellent characters. I’ve read this strip since right after it came into wider distribution. Thank you Robb for showing us a way to become better human beings.

Funny but true. This strip is from the 1990’s too. Had .any friends come back from Nam all F’d up mentally and many with substance abuses from seeing sh*t they should not have to see. I remember the day my Draft caused came. I was so happy when that police action(?) ended. The tunnels and the “kill sticks” aet up in fields to impale you were cruelly effective.

I never thought, yes I hoped and prayed we would never go back to the days of the coat hangers being used to abort a featus. The women who died in back alley abortions were many. Here we are now that the Neanderthals in the Texas legislature have enacted this draconian law. Abortion needs to remain a legal option. If us men could get pregnant there would be abortion clinics on nearly every corner. Abortion is a serious and deeply emotional procedure that is not entered into in a willy nilly way.
