The American voters are always concerned about money being spent wisely and that’s why there are so many economists, mathematicians, and systems engineers in Congress,otherwise you really do get the government you deserve with incompetent representatives.

It just goes with the new math they instigated in schools 40 years ago. No one can figure it out anyway. I can do math in my head or on an abacus faster than most people can do it on a calculator because of new math. So these numbers fit right in with all the rest of the fuzzy alternate facts going around. And yes I learned how to do the new math because I had to help my son understand it so that he could pass his school grades. But I still think it’s a stupid way to teach math. Makes math stupid.

As a math teacher, mathematics is logic and analysis. In other words, just solving a puzzle. Herr Dump wouldn’t know an integer from an exponent. Of course, he’s too busy laundering his own money to worry about a little ol’ US budget.
