    BE THIS GUY  almost 8 years ago

    Goat is not the kind of guy you want to have a beer with, which disqualifies him from being President of United States.

    To Bee or not to Bee that is the question. I’m in SW Pa. For the moment the Bees seem to be “OK” Know of several hives at the S.A.G.Farm/Ranch :-}

    Too early to research this, but I am pretty sure there are large parts of the agricultural industry that completely rely on the services of the bee industry. A bee company brings hives to the farm for a time, and then moves on to the next farm. No one thinks the local bees that pollinate my garden are in danger, but until the large-scale crops return to a more natural state of pollination, “no bees no food” is not too far off the mark.

    You got to focus on the negative when it’s much more overwhelming than the positive. So many people that think like Rat because they are ignorant and don’t know what the extermination of a species mean, especially if it is a keystone specie where they live.

    Gotta admit, I’m a Goat kind of person-reporting the facts no matter how harsh the reality is.

    It hasn’t been raining here much and we are in a deficit. But the weather people cheerfully declare another wonderful dry day. As a gardener, it drives me nuts. The bee thing is another big problem but I grow plants like catnip to attract them. It isn’t only for cats, bees love the flowers.

    Goat: “No bees, no pollination. No pollination, no hops. No hops, no beer”

    Rat: “We must immediately find a way to save the worlds bees!!!!!!”

    Goat must be invited to the best parties!

    I’ve come across plenty of negative people here on GoComics. It’s nobody here so don’t worry.

    What is so different in the US?We dont have any bee industry here, and it works anyway? (Live in Sweden, and yes we have a lot of agriculture here, just not crops that need too much heat).
