Because Dr. Harwood is stuck under a bureau??

I had a kitten who, as he was growing, would race through the house and under the bureau. One day, he’d grown just enough that he nearly knocked himself out doing that. It was quite a loud thunk! He could still fit, just had to slow down and duck his head :)

Also, it’s possible she was texting Brad to keep her dad happy. Also, since she was ignored, she has an excuse to give her dad for ignoring him now (and refuse to marry him).

Thank you everyone, I had no idea what that meant either :)

It’s in English, written in Norse futhark runes. It is a translation, but not from one language to another. Just one ‘alphabet’ to another.

isn’t the bathroom where the laundry chute to the basement is?

we had one house in our large neighborhood where the “old lady” would make popcorn balls every year. I think she died before I was 10, so before all the scares. Every year my Dad would get my popcorn ball. I believe my older brother ate his own. We did have to keep close watch on our candy once it was home, my Dad liked pretty much anything sweet.

pretty sure Wicket is in the animal sanctuary because he can’t fly. An old injury or something.
