February 16. Still waiting for the first measurable snowfall of the winter in South Jersey. Temps in the upper 40’s today. Lots of rain in the ten day forecast. Not that I’m complaining, mind you.
Wally you have a nephew can shovel snow. The girls can help. Where I live at been roller coaster on weather conditions. Weekends have been very nice and mild, during week gets iffy; yet overall mostly spring. Then the western part of state I live in has gotten most of the snow.
When I was a kid, growing up in part of California where it never snowed, I couldn’t understand why adults felt they had to shovel the snow at all. Snow was something you drove up to the mountains to enjoy! Why not just sit back and savor it before it was gone, or just walk or drive over it? It wasn’t until adult years and living in snow prone areas that I understood things about ice, slippery sidewalks, trying to drive in slushy or icy conditions (with bad tires) or putting on tire chains, and cold weather (actually below freezing). Still, I never minded shoveling snow, and enjoy snow as long as I don’t have to drive in it!
I still love snow after living in snow country for 40 years. I agree that it can be a pain and that driving can sometimes be scary, but I’m still enchanted by freshly fallen snow!

The upside is the kids burn twice the energy playing in the Snow! Early nap/bedtime, Wally!

Really like the colors of the houses and the reverse main/trim of each. Save money sharing the paint like that. I’m partial to the purple one.

Don’t get angry at us for this: CAN’T WAIT FOR SUMMER. There, done in big heavy letters with no exclamation point.

So, Joan magically transported through the fence for frame 2 — and back into her and Wally’s yard in frame 3?

We haven’t had a snowstorm yet. Lots of rain, though.

Well behaved snow shovels itself into the gutter and goes away. We usually call it “rain”.
