What people seem to miss is that the Biden “impeachment” is doing exactly what the magats wanted. The point was never to actually impeach him, just to have perpetual hearings so they could get their base smirking and saying, “If he didn’t do anything wrong why are there so many investigations?” They will keep the show going until trump wins the election then they’ll vote to impeach or, if Biden wins, they’ll keep it going for the next 4 years.

Only twenty seven bills passed into law by this congress in the year and a half they’ve been in session. The worst record in recent history. Rogers’ cartoon sums up the reason for that well.

Off-topic random thot for today: Chelsea Clinton seems to have grown up with her head screwed on straight, and I haven’t heard much about Sasha and Malia since Obama left the White House, so at least they haven’t done anything scandalous, but I just saw a pic of Barron Trump and found myself wondering how he’s likely to turn out. I can’t imagine that he had a doting dad (and I have trouble picturing his picking up many devotional vibes toward Disaster Pumpkin from his mom, either), but his older brothers seem to be devoted to the old man. I suppose we’ll eventually find out, but I’d like to be a fly on the wall when he eventually goes in to see a shrink.

That was probably nicer that where is head is usually found!
